Waxcraftar stands behind the quality of our work. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all alteration and repair services we provide.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment. We will review the issue and make necessary corrections at no additional charge.
If alterations do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make adjustments free of charge. Please notify us within 3 days of picking up your garment if fit adjustments are needed.
For bespoke garments, we conduct multiple fittings during the creation process to ensure proper fit. Once a bespoke garment is completed and accepted, returns are not typically available due to the custom nature of the work. However, we will address any workmanship issues.
While we take every precaution, if your garment is damaged during our service, we will work with you to resolve the situation. This may include repair, replacement, or compensation as appropriate.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet completed. Once work has been completed, we focus on making corrections rather than providing refunds, as materials and labor have been invested.
